This "miracle oil" can be found in abundance in oily, cold-water fish, like Salmon, Herring, Sardines, canned Tuna and Mackerel, to name the most prominent. It is unfortunate that even these fish can contain appreciable levels of heavy metals, such as mercury, lead and cadmium and some may contain very low levels of these contaminants, but are polluted with at least some levels of PC B's. To at least minimize this, it is suggested to use fish oil capsules that have been "purified" so as to guarantee almost non-detectable levels of these heavy metals.
